With the weather warming up and the footy finals just around the corner – the smell of Spring is in the air – and with this comes the traditional Spring selling season in the housing market. Nationally spring traditionally brings a growth in listings of close to 20% and sales growth of 10%. What will this year bring with Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane continuing to perform strongly while Sydney is facing affordability challenges and Melbourne and Hobart subdued.
