We provide a comprehensive and dynamic process that is engaging, will keep your client informed, and is designed to assist them from the initial discovery meeting throughout the life of the loan or credit facility in place. This includes presenting your client with options, facilitating the loan application process, handling all their documentation, answering questions at each progressive stage and ongoing review to ensure the loan always remains appropriate and competitive after settlement.

IDENTIFY THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Opportunities are identified by our partner practices through the initial engagement and onboarding of a new client, through the review process or through an out of cycle client need.
  • When the opportunity is identified the partner practice will make the appropriate client – Equilibria Finance introduction.

DISCOVERY AND NEEDS ANALYSIS

  • focuses on understanding what your clients are wanting to achieve, their financial situation and profile as well as any existing strategies that you have put in place that need to be understood and considered.
  • It is also an opportunity for your client to understand how we work, ask any questions they may have and understand the process involved in obtaining their loan.
  • These meetings can be conducted in conjunction with the advisor or not depending on what suits the client and practice.

PRESENTATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Based on the information obtained in the discovery meeting we build our recommendations.
  • The recommendations will be discussed and finalised with the partner practice to ensure it aligns with the clients’ overall strategy.
  • We will then organise to present and discuss these recommendations with the client and answer any questions they may have. This will include appropriate loan structures, product rates, terms and features as well as any important information they need to be aware of.

IMPLEMENTATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Once the recommended solution is agreed upon, we manage and facilitate the process.
  • This will include the loan application preparation and submission, documentation handling and requests, the approval process and through to settlement.
  • We keep you and the client informed and answer any questions at each progressive stage.

BEYOND SETTLEMENT

  • Life is dynamic – needs and circumstances change.
  • As such we will be there for the client through the life of the loan to ensure the structure and features remain appropriate and the rates competitive and for future financing needs.
