David is highly motivated and has been working as a mortgage broker since 2019, prior to this being a teacher with the Department of Education.
David works for his clients and not the banks. He believes his job is to ensure his clients facilities are aligned with their goals and ensure his clients are paying the least amount of interest over the life of the loan.
David isn’t a transactional broker but build professional relationships with his clients for the life of the loan and beyond. David is also an avid and passionate property investor which allows him to help clients along their investment journey with first-hand experience.
David is contactable and his clients feel at ease working with him, especially as the home loan process can be quite arduous and stressful. His experience allows him to navigate through the home loan process quite seamlessly getting the job done in a timely manner.
